What should be done if there is doubt about performing masah of head after doing wudhu?

RECENTLY THROUGH ONE OF MY FRIEND I WAS INFORMED THAT QURBANI OF BUFFALO IS NOT LEGAL(JAIJ). PLEASE REPLY ME THAT BUFALLO QURBANI IS O.K. OR NOT?

Answer

(Fatwa: 501/501/M=1432)

If the buffalo is two year old and it does not have a defect preventing the validity of its Qurbani, then performing qurbani of it is alright without any doubt. Your friend told you wrong ruling.
