Is it permissible for women to shave their public hair during Etikaf, even after 40 days have passed?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
If a woman is sitting for last 10 days Ramadan Etikaf and she wants to shave public hair because she has already passed 40 days, can she do it?

(Fatwa: 1146/1147/L=9/1438)

If more than forty days have passed over shaving the pubic hair then the woman can shave it in the state of itikaf but she should not go out for it separately, rather she should shave it in her itikaf room maintaining complete purdah or when she goes for urination or stool then she should shave it.
