My question to you is that whether I can use a trimmer (trim machine) to remove my underarms and navel hairs instead of a razor. I have heard that only a razor must be used and a trimmer is not allowed. So please guide me whether I can use a trimmer or not?

It is lawful to use a trimmer for armpit and navel hair. However, it is better to pluck the hair of the armpits if you can bear it or you are addicted to it. However, it is better to remove the navel hair for men. So if the trimmer cannot shave it then it is better to use razor or use the trimmer at zero no so that it takes the shape of razor.
