Muhtaram Brother, is it permissible/preferable to shave off the Moustache ( mustache ) with a Razor?
Which one is better among razor, trimmer & scissor?

Answer:
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
The moustache should be trimmed.[i]
Note the following Hadith by Sayyidina Ibn Umar (Radiyallahu Anhu):
عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: احْفُوا الشَّوَارِبَ وَاعْفُوا اللِّحَى.
سنن الترمذي ت بشار (4/ 392)
Sayyidina Ibn Umar ( Radiyallahu Anhu) reported that Allah’s Messenger (Salallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) said:
“Cut the moustache and grow beard.”
The moustache may be trimmed with a razor, a trimmer or a scissors.
