Husband submitted only request of settlement in court but he did not give any kind of written or verbal talaq nor signed any written matter of talaq. Did talaq happen? Wife and her parents have same statement in this regard and want to know if talaq happened.

If it is true and genuine that the husband did not give any written or verbal talaq to his wife as well as he did not sign any paper related to the talaq and no khula took place between them, then in this case no talaq took place.
