Actually the problem is that I have done Nikah with a girl without informing my parents due to many reasons. But now I have convinced my parents to marry that girl, but they do not know about our nikah. So we have to perform nikah again in front of them so that they do not know about it. Please tell me is it jaiz or not because we cannot tell our parents about previous nikah in any condition.

The previous nikah is still valid. However, you can perform nikah again in order to show or please your parents.
