I work in MNC. Here the toilets are western type. If we sit down and urinate there are chances of urine drops spilling on clothes. Please let us know under these circumstances where normal toilets are not there can we stand and pass the urine.

First, you should search for a place where you could urinate in sitting position. If you could not get it easily then as per the question mentioned above you may urinate standing in order to save your clothes from urine drops.
