What does the scholars say for a girl accepted Islam on dawat of one Muslim guy. Then she asked him for nikah. He said yes, if allowed in Islam. Their parents are not agreeing for more than 5years. And both of them say that they won’t leave Islam even if their marriage doesn’t happen. So is it still right to do nikah if parents are not agree and “there is no question of them leaving the faith”. What can be done best to please Allah?

Adult boy or girl can solemnize their nikah without the permission of parents. However, it is not good for them to go with their nikah without the permission of their parents. As such kinds of nikah does not carry goodness. Hence if the boy wants to marry then he should do so with the consent of his parents.
