In the case mentioned above, what do you mean by property tax? If you mean house tax, you may not pay interest money for the same as it will be considered to use the interest in one’s own needs; since the Govt maintains roads and streets for us and manages to clean them, it sprays pesticides in order to protect citizens from diseases. But by property tax if you mean any type of tax levied on plotting of lands, then you may pay the tax from interest money.
