Alhamdulillah we are expecting our first child. My wife has just got pregnant. please let me know any wazifa or dua for her/us for getting the things easier and make our child dean-daar, intelligent and healthy.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
(Fatwa: 236/221/B=1432)
If you wish for a boy, keep on reciting the following dua extensively:
اللهم ارزقني ولدًا صالحًا .
(2) When the time of birth start, write the following ayah on a piece of paper and wrap it in clean cloth and tie it on the thigh of the woman and untie it immediately followed birth:
إِذَا السَّمَاء انشَقَّتْ ، وَأَذِنَتْ لِرَبِّهَا وَحُقَّتْ ، وَإِذَا الْأَرْضُ مُدَّتْ ، وَأَلْقَتْ مَا فِيهَا وَتَخَلَّتْ .
Note: You should carefully mind untying the tawiz just after birth.
