Depriving Wealthy Heirs

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta Azaadville

Question:

An individual has passed away leaving behind 1 wife, 3 daughters and 2 brothers.

Can the brothers be overlooked in this scenario as they are really well-off and rich?

Answer:

No, they cannot be deprived of their rightful share.  If they do, however, gift their share of their own accord, it will be permissible.
