In our small Suburb a qualified Montesorri school started this year. Previously our children were attending schools out of our suburb. We supported the one in our suburb due to some advantages. Anyway, this week the Owner who is the Teacher also decided to end the closing of the teaching end of October because they have decided to spend Ramadaan in Makkah and Medina. You can imagine the mix feelings of parents. Please guide us on this issue and also provide us your view from the decision from the teacher took.
The parents have hired the services of the school to educate their children,
therefore, the relationship between the school and its children guardians
(parents) is Ijaarah.
In order for us to issue a ruling, we require to study the contractual
agreement between the school and the parents.
