Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

Rasulullah Sallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam said:

كُلُّ بَنِي آدَمَ خَطَّاءٌ وَخَيْرُ الْخَطَّائِينَ التَّوَّابُونَ.

Translation: All of the children of Adam are sinners, and the best of sinners are those who repent. [1]

Brother you confess your wrong. That is a positive sign. Once a person acknowledges his faults, that is a stepping stone for his change and reformation. Do not lose hope. Be positive. [2]

Allah gave hidayat to many sinful people who became Awliya of the time. Once you have realised your wrong, now focus on change and reformation. Identify a pious person and stay in his company.

Refer to the Tasawwuf website and listen to the discourse of Qaseedah Burdah of our beloved teacher Mufti Ebrahim Desai Saheb (Damat Barakātuhu) for reformation purposes.

You state, “I am in debts, people after me for money

You have so many blessings of Allah that others don’t have. Use what Allah has given you to restart your life afresh. Take the necessary steps to get out of debt. Use all permissible means available to you to seek out new opportunities.

May Allah Ta’āla remove all your difficulties and grant you happiness in this life and the hereafter. Ameen.

And Allah Ta’āla Knows Best
