This is not my new question but Adding some details to the question no 2 asked by me yesterday. Please do not delete it as I just asked two questions. Below is part of my question no 2asked yesterday. After marriage in Pakistan my husband had been hiding from his friends in Australia that we got married to avoid embarrassment that his friends will complain of not inviting them on wedding . He had been telling his friends that I was his fiancé and he arranged a wedding reception in Australia and invited his friends. My husband even told me that ‘Don’t tell my friends that we are married just tell them that you are my fiancé (something like that, I don’t remember exact wording). My husband told his friends that we were going to get married later. Later we had wedding reception where his friends were invited and they thought we got married just before the reception when we already got married. My question is Does hiding marriage news from others and telling wife directly to keep it hidden and calling herself as just a fiancé make nikkah invalid?

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
1.) Stating the wrong date of the nikaah does not affect the validity of the nikaah.[1]
2.) Likewise hiding the news of one being married also does not affect the validity of the nikaah.

[ركن الطلاق]
(قوله وركنه لفظ مخصوص) هو ما جعل دلالة على معنى الطلاق من صريح أو كناية فخرج الفسوخ على ما مر، وأراد اللفظ ولو حكما ليدخل الكتابة المستبينة وإشارة الأخرس والإشارة إلى العدد بالأصابع في قوله أنت طالق هكذا كما سيأتي.
