I got engaged in December and did Nikkah in April Alhamdulillah. The problem is I suffer from vasocongestion near genitals which causes a lot of pain. This happens particularly when I get sexually aroused while talking, meeting with my wife. I consulted a urologist who said it will get cured after marriage. My question is what should I do to relieve the pain since my wife’s family want to consummate the marriage next year. I don’t want to have intercourse before consummation neither I want to masturbate which many online sites suggest. Some where I read wife’s masturbation forfor husband is allowed that I also don’t want to do. Please suggest in accordance. I must say I offer five daily prayers regularly and have a religious mind

Vasocongestion is the swelling of bodily tissues caused by increased vascular blood flow and a localized increase in blood pressure.
You state you have consulted a urologist who said it will get cured after marriage.
We understand you are married. Discuss your difficulty and the advice of the urologist with your wife. Intercourse with your wife is permissible for you. You do not have to bear undue difficulty and delay intercourse. [i]
