Is the woman’s voice considered awra? Under which circumstances should a woman not use her voice?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org
Answer

Allah Ta’ala states in the noble Qur’aan, ‘When a female converse with a
male, her voice should be firm and stern.’ (Ahzaab)

If there is a need for a female to converse with a strange male, she should
follow the above injunction of the noble Qur’aan.
