ASSALAAM O ALAIKUM
Is it valid(jaaiz) to declare that “I have read and agree with terms and conditions ” or just simply I” agree with terms and conditions”, of any website when creating account etc without reading them ?
because majority i think declare it without reading
and if we are creating 5-6 accounts on different sites ,its very difficult to read all of their terms and conditions

As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullaahi wa-barakaatuh.
The purpose of the declaration in reference is to agree with the terms and conditions. Once the box is ticked, one agrees with their terms and conditions irrespective of whether they read it or not. It is also a known fact that most people do not read the terms and conditions.
If one declares “I agree” without reading the terms and conditions, then he assumes all the responsibilities and risks that are contained in the agreement. Hence, one will be excused to tick the box without having read the terms and conditions[1].
