Q: I’ll go through an example: Anas is 23 years old, not married yet. He lives with his parents in Durban. He is hired by a company in Johannesburg. So from Monday to Friday he is in Jo’burg for his job. From Friday night to Sunday he goes back to Durban. So my question is where is Anas musafir, in Durban or Jo’burg?
A: If he does not have any permanent home in Johannesburg then he will be a musafir in Johannesburg.
