Definition of a majnoon (mad person)

Q: What happens if a mad person commits suicide? Are they accountabe and what happens if a mad person swears in regards to our Creator. Also whats the actual denifinition ofمجنون?

Bismillaah

A: A mad person refers to a person who is not in his senses at all. Such a person is not accountable for his actions.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
