As-salamu `alaykum I have 2 questions : 1. My grandfather has 3 wives not at the same time but one after the other?s death. 1st wife has no child dies very early year not known ,2nd wife had 1 son (i.e. my father ) and 1 daughter , 3rd wife had 3 son (i.e. my uncles ) and 3 daughter s My 3rd grandmother (i.e. step grandmother ) dies on 1996 which has 1 property in her name and rest all in grandfather?s name . My father dies on 1997 (prior to grandfather) and grandfather dies on2002. My grandfather has gifted 1/4th property to me which is written on plane paper no legal value as I hope excluding that property which is in my grandmother?s name as he told me that this property should be distributed among his 4 daughters . How much share should I and my 3 sisters get from my grandfather?s property and what does Islamic Inheritance Law of India said about the grandchildren share whose father dies before his grandfather or what is Indian Law said or which law is applied to my case . Please give the document evidences or internet sites . 2 . My mother dies in 1986 and her father (i.e. maternal grandfather ) after amonth of my mother?s death leaving 1 wife (i.e. my maternal grandmother ) and 2 daughters ( i.e. my aunts) My grandmother orally said that ? I will give you 1/3rd property ? but unfortunately not able to write and dies on 1998 . Question is how much share we get from maternal side condition that my mother dies (1986) before maternal grandfather and father in 1997 after my maternal grandfather (i.e.in 1986). Sorry for asking such a long question but there is no alternative . Jazakum Allahu Khayran

Assalamualaikum, In accordance with Holly Quran, the interpretation is like that husband wife are dress to each other. This means there is no hijab between them. According to another interpretation the wives are like field crop and man can enter to his field from any direction, back ro front ,the only restriction in this case is the intercourse in “Dubar” is strictly not allowed and a practicing muslim can not even think to go agaist the most sane shriat and nature. Upto this point not an iota of confusion and doubt. The questions arise here are deep and sometimes disturb as if we do against shriat: 1: Can we ( me and my husband) can make a bath together while fulfilling all shriah imposed conditions believing that no one can see us except Allah,The Almighty. We don’t live in joint family system, we have independent home and there is no way that the bathroom can be viewed inside from any outsider. 2: If a wife strongly believes that after Allah and His prophet (PBUH) the only man on planet earh whom she loves and respect terribly is her husband. And there is also a belief that her husband never gives her any order against sunnah or never desires from her to do any thing that are melicious and nasty. Having such strong bonding of love Can a wife view, touch and kiss any body part of her husband. We were coupled four years back and Allah SWT blessed us hugely and terribly more what we expect from Him or request Him. He has blessed us with two beautiful childern. I wear hijab and my husband is a practicing muslim from all aspects ,he tries to dress up according to sunnah, the pajama lifted up from ankels, head covered with cap, sunnah beard at face ,five times prayers in mosque with Jama’at, had been in path of Allah for four month for tableegh-e-din. I am household woman and mostly spend time at home tries to be regular in solat and other teaching of islam and want to live with my husband in Jannah. We are of strictly sunni hanfi of Deoband maslak. Taking all aspects in mind please reply the questions mentioned as 1: and 2: Because in one writings of Hazrat Thanvi (RA) i read that a wife can kiss her husband anywhere she wishes and if she also wish to kiss the parts that are included in satar then she can kiss by placing a piece of garment on that. And some books of Hadith i also read that the prophet of Allah (PBUH) and Hazrat Aysha(RA) used to have bath together in one tub of water. Waiting for reply. Allah SWT accepts are deeds and always guide us to right path. Regards, A sister in Islam
