Doing sajdah sahw most of the time as precaution

Q: After reading a fatwa on islam-qa I am somewhat over concerned cautious in doing the takbirat, tasmi, tahmid inbetween the postures, and I mostly end up doing sajdah sahw as precaution. What is the solution for me?  A musalli in the musjid where I am Imam gave me a hadeeth which is narrated by Abdullah that “once the prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) offered 5 rakaats in zuhr. He was asked, “is there an increase in the prayer? the prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said, and what is it/ they said, you prayed 5 rakaats. So he bent his legs and made 2 sajdahs” this is the hadith. He wants to know what do the hanafi ulema say about this hadith?

Leaving one surah and reading another

Q: If I, after having read a short bit of sura whilst praying, forget the remainder of the sura, and change to reading another sura in order to fulfil the wajib amount of qira’a, do I have to do sajda sahw?
