Copyrights Regarding Safwat Al-Zubad

Answered as per Shafi'i Fiqh by Qibla.com

Answered by Sidi Moustafa Elqabbany

Is it makruh or mustahab to perform recite supplications during wudu and one is performing the wudu in the sink adjacent to the toilet of the bathroom? There are some bathrooms that are well-kept and clean (i.e. there are no visible traces of najasa). However, one scholar mentioned that a screen should be put up to separate the toilet from the sink and then it would be okay to do dhikr while doing wudu. What is the popular position on this issue?

Answer:
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Some people heard a copyright notice at the end of the recording of Safwat Al-Zubad.

Muhammed Omar Al-Kaf was asked about this, to which he responded, “The tape is personally mine and I own the rights to it. I permit it to be freely distributed, seeking reward and du’a from students of knowledge.”
