Does informing one’s wife that one has divorced her count as another pronouncement of divorce?

A man divorced his wife, then he called her on the phone and she was harassing him, so he said, “I divorced you so leave me alone right now!” By that, he intended to remind her of what he had already done, not to divorce her again. Then he took her back afterwards. So was that counted as one divorce or two?

Answer:
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

As long as his intention by “I divorced you” was to let her know what has already passed, it was not a second divorce, so with that, he has only divorced her once.
