Question: Assalam alaykum

During the prayer in the fourth verse of Surah “al kafirun” I used to read ‘walaa ana’ as ‘wala anaa’ . Recently only I came to know that the alif in ‘ana’ is not pronounced. Do I need to repeat my prayer?

Answer: Wa alaikum assalam wa rahmatullah,

No, your prayer was valid and you do not need to repeat the prayer.
