Is Zakat due on savings of Masjid?

There are various projects and bank accounts of Masjid i.e. Masjid maintenance and employ salary account, graveyard account, general relief account, Zakat account and school account etc. Money in all the accounts comes from donations.

Question
Is Masjid liable to pay Zakat on all these accounts or not?

There is no zakat on charitable institutions and endowments, such as mosques.
