Doing wudhu in washroom with toilet

I would like to know how to perform wudhu in a bathroom where there is toilet ; since the name of Allah cannot be pronounced where there is toilet.

It is permitted to make the dhikrs of wudu in a multi-purpose washroom as long as one has flushed the toilet or closed the toilet lid.
