Conducting one’s own nikaah on the phone

Q: Can a sane, mature and baligh divorced couple directly do nikkah by making Allah as witness on the phone without any wali and witness? Is this nikkah valid in Shar’iah?

A: This nikaah is not valid in Shari’ah.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
