Q: What is the ruling of reading Bismillah when slaughtering? If left out intentionally or un-intentionally?

A: If it is left out unintentionally, then the animal is Halaal and permissible. If intentionally, then the animal will not be halaal.

(لا ) تحل ( ذبيحة ) غير كتابي من ( وثني ومجوسي ومرتد … وتارك تسمية عمدا ) خلافا للشافعي ( فإن تركها ناسيا حل ) (الدر المختار 6/298-299)
