How to save oneself from fitnahs

Q: Please advise me as to how/what should a teenager do in today’s day and age to protect himself/herself from the fitnahs all around. What should be done to instill the love of Allah in one’s heart ? 

Bismillaah

A: The simple thing is to get into contact with a righteous person who knows about deen, who is experienced and who can guide you correctly. Remain with such a person and work with his mashwarah.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
