Reading wazifas for incorrect intentions

1. Why is wazifa not permissible to be read on someone without their permission?

2. Why is wazifa not permissible when trying to prevent someone’s marriage?

3. Why is wazifa not permissible in trying to make someone change their mind about their future marriage partner?

1. If it is for his benefit then there is no harm.

2-3. A wazeefah is not supposed be read for incorrect intentions.
