I struggle to understand how the angels always worship Allāh, at every moment of their lives. Is there any explanation that would help me understand?

Your concern to understand the religion is admirable. May Allāh bless us all with the correct understanding of our dīn. Āmīn.
Almighty Allāh has stated in the Qurʿān:
“To Him belong all those in the heavens and the earth. And those who are near to Him are not arrogant against His worship, nor are they sluggish. They proclaim His purity night and day, never slackening” (Qurʿān 21:19/20)
Imām Al-Ṣābūnī in his tafsīr has quoted the following under the above stated verse:
“The companion, Ka’ab (may Allāh be pleased with him) was asked about how the angels are able to proclaim Allāh’s purity, night and day constantly, never slackening. Are there not some things that occupy them other than worship? Is there not any need for the angels? Ka’ab (may Allāh be pleased with him) told the one questioning, ‘Almighty Allāh has made proclaiming Allāh’s purity (tasbīḥ) for them as he has made breathing for you humans. Do you not eat and drink, stand and sit, come and go, all while breathing? In the very same manner Allāh has made tasbīḥ for them”. (Ṣafwat Al Tafsīr)
And Allāh Knows Best.
