Ruling on women going to the masjid

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Jamia Binoria

I wanted to know that ,
1- womens are not allowed to pray in the masjids, than why are they allowed to pray at Masjid-e-Haram and Masjid-e-Nabwi (s.a.w)
2-on what conditions is a women allowed to pray in a masjid

الجواب حامدا و مصلیا

In the light of Ahadees it is more virtuous for women, according to Hanafi Mazhab, to perform Namaz at home than performing in any Masjid. It was from Masjid un Nabi that Hadhrath A’isha Radhiyallhu Anha and Hadhrath Umar Radhiyallahu Anhu and in conformity to them thousands of Sahaba Radhiyallahu Anhum had prevented women from going to perform Namaz. Therefore, due to the fear of Fitnah and the overall prevention of the Sahaba, it includes all the Masjids. As such the referred objection is futile whereas the permission for women to enter Haram is based on Thawaaf (circumambulation).
