Is the Income Halal Received for Filling In Online Surveys

There is a company named Speak Asia Online Pte. Ltd. (http://www.speakasiaonline.com) which conduct online surveys in India, Nepal, and Bangladesh.

In the survey speak Asia online works as a channel between a company who wants a survey for his product or services and end-user means the registered member who gives his view on particular Questions asked by the company.

To register in speak Asia online survey one has to pay Rs.11,000 only, this registration is valid for 1 year.
(a)After registration company sends 2 surveys per week or 8 surveys in a month. the company gives Rs.500/ Survey to fill it online, which means Rs.4000 per month.

(b) If I work for the company and referred someone to join the company for survey work company gives Rs.1000 on every referral registered under me.

(c) If the network expands under my registration no. or under my referrals I get Rs.500 per head.

As long as you are not lying or being deceiving with your answers, online surveys are permissible and the money gained will be halal. You are providing a service (your opinion) and are getting paid for it.

It is similar to a scholar or Mufti who has allocated some time to answer the question, who for his time is allowed to take money. (Ahsanul Fatawa p.339 v.7)

It will also be permissible for you to receive a gift or a bonus for recommending other people to this survey.
