Question

I am extremely in love with a woman who was born Muslim. Her whole family converted to Christianity. She converted when she was 11 years old. Now she is 26. She said she can marry me but she wouldn’t change her religion.  I was wondering if I can do nikah to such a person? Is she an apostate? Please tell me if I can marry her

She also said that she wants us to marry both in church and mosque.

Please answer me.

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
