I want to marry with a person who is converted in Islam but his family is still Hindu and he is very much attached with his family and often visits his family. So can I marry with him?

If he has accepted Islam wholeheartedly then your nikah is lawful with him. But his great attachment with his family members is noteworthy. And nowadays many people convert merely for marriage and after a passage of time they return to their old religion. Hence it is better not to marry him.
