My sister is observing iddah post death of her husband. Please advise if she can travel during this period to attend some critical pending work related to property and financial matter?

If her presence is not necessary in the matter of inheritance etc and there is no fear that her share of inheritance shall be encroached, then it is not right for her to travel during iddah period. The matter of inheritance can be settled after iddah.
