Mufti Saheb Aaslam Alaikum. My question is that can we give Quran Sharif to Non-Muslims for reading or should we give the English or Hindi Translation of Quran Sharif to read. Please reply at the earliest. THANKS.

(Fatwa: 181/174=D/1429)
If one fears that the non-Muslim will desecrate the Quran then giving it to him is impermissible. Yes, it is allowable if one hopes that he will recite it and try to reform himself and will not desecrate and touch it in the state of cleanliness.
