Assalamualaykum Q) A Orphan Child who is not mature has money in his account,is it permissible to give Zakaat to the Orphana child?
Answer:
(Fatwa: 1207/1051=L /1429)
It is right to give a child zakah if he does not own an amount equal to Nisab,
Allah (Subhana Wa Ta’ala) knows Best
