if any hafiz quran cuts his bear and he wants to do taraveeh in the month of ramdan in front of listeners so pls tell me what should he do read the quran or leave?
Answer:
(Fatwa: 1371/1371=M/1430)
He should leave cutting the beard and should repent to Allah seeking His forgiveness. Once his beard is more than one fist, he can lead tarawih etc; otherwise his imamah (leading prayer) will be makrooh tahrimi.
