Do homeopathic medicines follow Quran and Hadith teachings?

Assalam-o-Alikum Warahmat Ullah  Is practice and dispensing of homeo medicines according to teachings of Quran and Hadith, especielly we know that most of these drugs contain alcohol when alcohol is forbidden in Islam?

The alcohol used in medicines nowadays is commonly made of potato, wheat, sugarcane, petrol etc; it is allowable to use such medicines. But, if someone is sure of a medicine containing alcohol made of grapes, dates and raisin, then it will be unlawful to use it, even a drop of it is unanimously haram and impure. Yes, if it is prescribed by honest and expert physicians as the only treatment for a particular disease then one can use it in a quantity that is necessary:

وبھذا تبین حکم الکحول المسکرۃ التی عمت بھا البلوی الیوم فانھا تستعمل فی کثیر من الأدویۃ والعطور والمرکبات الأخری فانھا ان اتخذت من العنب أو التمر فلا سبیل الی حلتھا أو طھارتھا و ان اتخذت من غیرھما فالأمر فیھا سھل علی مذھب ابی حنیفۃ و لایحرم استعمالھا للتوادی أو لأغراض مباحۃ أخری ?.. و ان معظم الکحول لتی تستعمل الیوم فی الأدویۃ والعطور وغیرھا لاتتخذ من العنب أو التمر انما تتخذ من الحبوب أو القشور أو البیترول وغیرہ، و حینئذ ھناک فسعۃ فی الأخذ بقول أبی حنیفۃ عند عموم البلوی [تکملۃ فتح الملھم: 3/608]
