Please may i know exact time of subah e kaazib?

The time of Fajr salah starts from Subh Sadiq (true dawn). The time before it is called Subh Kazib (false dawn). The sign of Subh Kazib is that a light appears in length in the sky like the tail of wolf, after that darkness overspreads for a few time, as it is mentioned in Shami:
لا الكاذب وهو المستطيل الذى يبدو طويلا في اسماء كذنب السرطحان اى الذئب ثم يعقبه ظلمة . (شامي زكريا 2/14)
