Is it correct that mouzan only says ikamat once, like “allahu akbar asahaduanlailahaillah”?

In our masjid mouzan says ikamat only one time like allahu akbar asahaduanlailahaillah like onetime not to otimes is it correct?

Answer

(Fatwa: 1886/293=TB/1429)

It is the same according to Imam Shafei, but according to Hanfi Fiqh it is better to say two times.
