Is it mandatory to wash the earlobe as part of the face when performing wudhu?

Is earlobe part of face in wudhu? In other words, is it fardh to wash face including earlobe?

In wudhu, it is not fardh to wash earlobes while washing the face. The earlobes are not included in the face.
