What is the exact weight of misqal?

(Fatwa: 450/401/H=5/1438)
According to the book Qawaid al-Fiqh (p. 464) and other books, a mithqal is equal to 4.5 masha. As per the present calculation, one mithqal is equal to 4 gram and 374 milligram.
