When people come to me for contributions for conducting programs like bayans of Rabi Awwal, is it permissible to give them money?

It is not proved from the Salaf to organize programs or celebrate julus etc on 12 day of Rabi Awwal. Thus if people approach you on this occasion for donation, you should avoid it as it is very much possible that your money is spent in unwanted things.
