My brother marriage in November 2013, after 20 days my brother wife go to mayke (his father’s house) and not come back to sasural (in-laws house).My family tried again and again to my brother wife come back but she not come back to sasural. When my family tired from my efforts then my brother give the talak. After one day of talaq she filed fake FIR against my family in dowry and mental harassment cases. Still the case is going on. My family is a good reputation, descent and educated family. According to shariat, it is wrong then what is your opinion and what is the solution? Please, help me.

The abovementioned details indicate that the fault lies neither with your brother nor with your family; therefore filing FIR against your family is zulm (oppression) which is not allowed in Shariah.
