Menstruation and Tawaaf Widaa

Q: If a woman experiences her menses before she could make tawaaf widaa (farewell tawaaf) and her return flight is due to depart in a days time, must she pay a dumm for missing out tawaaf widaa?

A: No she does not have to pay any dumm. The obligation of performing tawaaf widaa is waived because of her menses.
