Going back to First Husband

Q: A couple were married for two years. The husband issued three consecutive Talaaqs (divorces). The wife then marries another man with whom she lives for two years. Thereafter she moves back into the home of teh first husband and lives with him with no Nikah (marriage). Is her first marriage still recognised?

A: She is still the wife of the second husband. Only if he divorces her may she marry her first husband again.
