Q: What is the ruling on she who has not recovered (compensated) her fasting due to menses prior to the next Ramadhan?
A: According to the hanafi school of thought there is no penalty. She should make istighfaa r(ask Allah Ta’ala for forgiveness) and first she should fast the present Ramadaan thereafter she should make the qadhaa of the previous Ramadaan.
