My question would be ,, I understand that Jumuah salaat u are not allowed to talk during it,, but when does this rule apply,, is it as soon as u enter the mosque , or when u first sit down 2 listen to the khutbah , please explain to me..

Also i always try to say dua;s for my deceased parent every time i get up from salaat untill i reach outside,, is this permiisble, or not.

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

1)When the Imaam ascends the pulpit from the place he is seated, it would not be permissible for one to talk or read any Salaah.

واذا خرج الإمام فلا صلاة ولا كلام حتى يفرغ من صلاته وكره لحاضر الخطبة الأكل والشرب والعبث والالتفات ولا يرد سلاما ولا يشمت عاطسا ولا يسلم الخطيب على القوم إذا استوى على المنبر
إذا خرج الإمام إلى الخطبة فلا صلاة ولا كلام
(نور الإيضاح ،قديمى، ص118)

( إذا خرج الإمام ) من الحجرة إن كان وإلا فقيامه للصعود شرح المجمع ( فلا صلاة ولا كلام إلى تمامها )
 (الدر المختار ،سعيد، ص158،ج2)

قوله ( وإذا خرج الإمام فلا صلاة ولا كلام )… لما رواه ابن أبي شيبة في مصنفه عن علي وابن عباس وابن عمر رضي الله عنهم كانوا يكرهون الصلاة والكلام بعد خروج الإمام
(البحر الرائق شرح كنز الدقائق،مكتبه رشيديه، ص148،ج2)

وإذا خرج الإمام فلا صلاة ولا كلام…

ويحرم في الخطبة ما يحرم في الصلاة

2)We understand from your query that you wish to make Dua’s for your deceased parents after the Salaah. If our understanding is correct, it would be permissible to make Dua’s for your deceased parents after Salaah.
